Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Lead Analyst to support and optimize outpatient clinical workflows. This role combines hands-on Epic Ambulatory build and support responsibilities with team leadership and mentorship. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, provide guidance to other analysts, and help maintain high-quality application support as a key team member transitions out of the organization.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Through November 30, 2026
Location: Remote with 1 onsite visit per month (Tarrytown, NY)
Rate: $90-95/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and optimize Epic Ambulatory workflows and functionality.
Lead and mentor analysts, including coaching members of the ENT & Allergy support team.
Provide oversight and guidance on analyst work, issue resolution, and best practices.
Configure and support provider documentation, orders, and results workflows.
Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve outpatient processes.
5+ years of Epic Ambulatory experience (7+ preferred).
Epic Ambulatory certification required.
Epic Orders Transmittal certification required.
Epic Results Routing certification required.
Epic SmartForms certification required.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.
Experience supporting outpatient physician practices and professional billing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Regulatory Reporting certification.
- Epic Haiku/Canto certification.
