As a Game Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from Techland’s titles and compiling reports to support business decisions.
Job Description
Your daily tasks:
- Conduct advanced analyses in order to understand players behaviour and evaluate the game mechanics by navigating databases, extracting relevant data, building dashboards, and troubleshooting data-related issues throughout the process.
- Running ad-hoc analyses to address the urgent business and/or development needs.
- Preparing actionable recommendations based on conducted analyses.
- Cooperate with various teams (eg: DE, Dev, QA, Design) to deliver expected results.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in working as a product analyst, data analyst, BI or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL with foundational Python/R knowledge for data analysis.
- Experience with Looker Studio and BigQuery or similar platforms.
- Capable of effectively presenting results both orally and visually, with a strong grasp of data visualization methods and best practices.
- Demonstrates a logical, analytical, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Team-oriented and delivery-oriented attitude.
- Genuine passion for games and their creation as well as basic knowledge of the latest titles and trends in AAA games.
- Drive to learn and develop in game analytics and related fields.
- Very good command of English (cooperation with English-speaking teams).
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in game development.
- Python coding experience.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience with GCP.
