Job description
Our client is seeking a full-time, in-person Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of a travel and lifestyle management company. This is a dynamic, hybrid role supporting work in New York City and Westport, with some remote flexibility. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and able to seamlessly shift between Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and prioritization
- Support Personal Assistant needs as required, including day-to-day personal and lifestyle-related requests
- Manage recurring operational tasks and administrative workflows
- Assist with accounting, payroll coordination, and staff tracking
- Serve as a key point of contact, managing communications with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage shifting priorities
- Support marketing initiatives, including:
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Maintaining the brandโs digital presence tied to travel, culture, and lifestyle
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to seamlessly switch between executive-level and personal support
- Strong technology skills required, including proficiency or familiarity with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Social platforms
- Flexibility to travel
- Excellent references required
