About The Position:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our marketing and sales teams across multiple brands. You’ll be the go-to creative partner for internal collateral and day-to-day design needs, helping turn ideas into polished, on-brand visuals quickly.
This is not a “wait weeks for feedback” kind of design job.
You’ll be creating work that goes live fast and gets used immediately by real teams. Sales decks that close deals. Campaign assets that drive clicks. Internal content that actually gets seen.
You’ll report to our Senior Director of Content and work closely with a collaborative, fast-moving team that values good design and trusts you to execute.
What You Can Expect:
- Create on-brand visuals across four brands, including:
- Sales decks and internal collateral
- Ad creative and campaign assets
- Social graphics and email visuals
- Take rough concepts, AI-generated assets, or quick requests and turn them into clean, polished designs.
- Support marketing and sales with fast-turn creative that actually gets used
- Maintain consistency across brands while still keeping things fresh and engaging
- Manage multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma
A sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
Someone who enjoys working quickly and iterating, not getting stuck in long review cycles
Comfortable balancing multiple requests and shifting priorities
Clear communicator who works well with non-design teammates
Nice to have:
- Experience creating sales collateral or marketing assets
- Exposure to performance marketing or digital campaigns
Compensation & Location:
- Salary: $52,000 – $57,000
- Full-time role, 9-5 EST, M-F
- Remote ( Must be based in Florida)
If you’re local to the Tampa Bay area, we also have an office in St. Petersburg with a flexible hybrid setup.
