Job Description
The VA Group is looking for experienced, sharp, self-driven Solo Developers who can ship features quickly using AI coding assistants.
You:
- Have strong coding fundamentals and can take a feature from idea to production independently (AI is a tool, not a crutch)
- Use Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar AI tools daily
- Are comfortable with a modern stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel
- Communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and ask smart questions
You might not be a match if you:
- Are a junior developer expecting AI to fill knowledge gaps
- Require hand-holding or detailed specifications
- Have only experimented with AI tools a few times
This is:
- Full Time
- Fully remote and async
- A fast-paced AI agency building real products
