We started in 2017 to offer integrated therapy and psychiatry. We use technology to personalize care and track its effectiveness. This includes matching clients with therapists, offering in-person and virtual sessions, and providing time-limited care based on measurement-based practices.

We treat conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorders, ADHD, burnout, grief, loss, and relationship issues. Our therapists use over 32 therapy approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic therapy.

We pride ourselves on matching clients with the right therapist quickly—98% find a match on their first try, often getting an appointment within a week. Our outcomes for anxiety and depression are up to 2.5 times better than standard practice. We see 90% of clients stay in care for at least four sessions, and 79% show significant improvement by the time they complete treatment. All our clinicians track client progress using measurement-based care.

Clinicians, hired as W-2 employees, receive administrative support, specialized caseload matching, and continuous training. Headquarters teams develop and expand products across various operational and functional departments.

For our full-time employees, we offer 401(k) retirement savings, commuter benefits, and financial wellbeing programs. Paid time off includes 16 days per year (which increases with tenure), paid holidays (including nine federal holidays and a winter office closure), and paid parental leave. We support remote work with a one-time $200 stipend. Our health benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. We also contribute $500 annually to your healthcare FSA or HSA and provide a $1,000 annual stipend for wellness, professional development, and remote work expenses.

Part-time clinical employees also get 401(k) options, full malpractice insurance, and can accrue up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. They also have remote scheduling, paid 1:1 consultation, and can participate in elective wellness activities.
