Our products include short-term finance, auction finance, secured loans, personal finance, commercial mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, and bridging finance.

We help customers find lending solutions for specialist situations, especially when traditional lenders can’t. Our experienced underwriters assess individual circumstances rather than using automated systems, allowing us to be more flexible.

We work with first-time buyers, movers, property renovators, businesses, property investors, and landlords. We also help those with complex income or employment, imperfect credit, or who need funds quickly. We partner with mortgage advisers, brokers, auction houses, accountants, conveyancers, and estate agents.

We take a common-sense approach to lending, understanding each customer’s situation individually.

The company is updating its technology, including new Microsoft 365 and AI platforms. This project aims to create a better digital workspace and improve the employee experience, with team members contributing to process improvements.

Some roles offer a hybrid work environment after an initial onsite training period in Cheadle (South Manchester). Underwriters have the autonomy to make decisions using their judgment.
