RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and provide support to the Manager, Culture & Events to maintain Tower’s unique culture
- Support all day-to day event operations in the main NY office & provide remote support for all offices in the AMER region as needed
- Provide creative input and share new ideas and improvements with the team
- Assist with calendar management for all corporate events (sports activities, happy hours, family days, etc.) throughout the year
- Research new events and evaluate effectiveness and participation of current events
- Assist in drafting and updating written processes, standards, and procedures for the department
- Publicize and draft communications for events including e-mails, signage, and other shared materials
- Help manage vendor accounts, communication, and documentation
- Coordinate with other teams including IT and Corporate Services on events
- Assist with event logistics and set up
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of event management experience
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employees and managers at all levels
Anticipated annual base salary range $60,000 - $80,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
