About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and AI-savvy professional to join as an AI Product Operations Manager. Reporting directly to our VP of Product, you’ll own and drive AI-first initiatives that optimize product workflows, knowledge-sharing, and go-to-market support across the company. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI is applied across a high-growth product organization—from documentation and planning to enablement and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve product development, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Design and implement internal tools, workflows, and systems that enhance team productivity and cross-functional collaboration.
Work closely with product, design, marketing, sales, and CX teams to align AI-driven solutions with organizational goals.
Surface insights from customer interactions, internal feedback, and market trends to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Contribute to the creation and optimization of product content, enablement materials, and marketing assets.
Support continuous improvement of internal processes, product communications, and knowledge flow across teams.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in product operations, product management, product marketing, sales engineering, or a hybrid role involving tech, content, or systems thinking.
Strong familiarity with generative AI tools and workflows (e.g., prompt engineering, GPT-based tools, automation workflows).
Excellent communication and organization skills—you’ll work with everyone from PMs to CX leaders.
Ability to break down ambiguous needs into clear solutions and run with projects independently.
Comfortable working with structured and unstructured content across product, GTM, and technical domains.
Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to simplify how things are done.
Creativity is key. Bonus: include an AI-first app or tool you’ve built to increase your chances.
Mid-level coding skills are preferable.
University graduates and individuals with military tech/intelligence unit experience are welcome to apply (please include a transcript or service summary).
