About the Role
As a Enterprise Network Engineer at Trendyol, you will play a key role in the design, development, and operation of the core systems that support our products and services. You will manage the wired/wireless network infrastructure, SSLVPN services, and secure, redundant networks between our Campus Datacenter and Branch Offices. You will work closely with teams across different departments to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate enterprise network and security infrastructures
- Hands-on configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
- Design and support LAN / WAN / Data Center network architectures
- Manage and troubleshoot routing & switching environments (Cisco, Arista, Aruba)
- Design and operate wireless network infrastructures (enterprise-grade WLAN)
- Implement and support NAC solutions, primarily Aruba ClearPass
- Design and support VPN solutions (Site-to-Site, Remote Access)
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced routing technologies (BGP, VXLAN is a plus)
- Experience with monitoring technologies (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, PRTG)
- Experience working in large-scale or mission-critical network environments
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass (policy design, enforcement, troubleshooting)
- Solid understanding of: TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams during design and troubleshooting phases
- Participate in change management, root cause analysis, and incident resolution processes
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices
Expected Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles
- Proven experience with enterprise wireless infrastructures
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Layer 2–7
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Continuously improving and applying technical skills
- Being a part of pair working activities
