About the Team

The language quality analyst will join Trendyol’s Global Language Quality team, reporting to the Language Quality Manager. This role ensures our Romanian and Cyrillic-language content (RU/UA/BG) is accurate, culturally relevant, and data-driven. By combining linguistic expertise with structured analysis, the role helps boost customer trust and product discoverability. The analyst will also contribute to quality dashboards and support automation initiatives, ensuring scalable improvements across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Run linguistic quality evaluations for Romanian and RU/UA/BG content and provide actionable feedback.
  • Partner with catalog, SEO, and product teams to improve product titles, filters, and attributes.
  • Triage and resolve language-related tickets; escalate systemic issues when needed.
  • Analyze customer feedback (NPS, UX, surveys) to identify and fix language-specific gaps.
  • Maintain quality dashboards and KPIs to track performance and trends.
  • Validate AI/MT quality outputs and refine prompts for automation workflows.
  • Contribute to systemic improvements by turning fragmented feedback into structured data.

Expected Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Romanian and one of Russian, Ukrainian, or Bulgarian.
  • Extensive experience in localization QA, content quality, or linguistic data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate feedback into structured improvements.
  • Comfortable with dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally SQL/BigQuery.
  • Experience collaborating with SEO, Product, and CX teams.
  • Familiarity with MT/LLM tools and a willingness to experiment.
