We are seeking a Legal Intern to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain practical, hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, contract management, and general administrative support within a dynamic international company.
The intern will be an integral part of the Legal Department, working closely with in-house counsel to ensure the efficiency and compliance of our operations. This role is crucial in managing the administrative and contractual flow, providing direct exposure to the corporate legal environment of a fast-paced business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare contract drafts and manage signature workflows.
- Update and maintain legal contract templates and guidelines.
- Coordinate contract execution and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of executed agreements.
- Update contract tracking sheets and internal legal dashboards.
- Upload invoices, track payments, and integrate them into the team budget.
- Serve as a point of contact for external law firms and service providers.
- Assist with planning and coordination of internal legal trainings.
Expected Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Law degree program in Romania.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Romanian.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
