What We’re Looking for
- Translating business strategy into performance, talent, and experience frameworks,
- Reimagining HR processes to unlock speed, scale, and value,
- Managing a prioritized process improvement backlog with ruthless focus,
- Partnering with HRIS to define technical needs and support testing,
- Leading change management — from stakeholder buy-in to training rollout,
- Driving large-scale HR initiatives as a hands-on program manager,
- You thrive in complexity, move fast with clarity, and know that bold design is the future of HR.
Qualifications
- Mininmum 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, career management, employee experience design, and organizational development,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
- Results‑oriented, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
- Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to process improvement,
- Strong presentation and documentation abilities,
- Team‑oriented, with the ability to lead and govern when required,
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
