Weâre looking for an Associate GTM Automation Manager to join our growing team at Triptease, a fast-paced SaaS company helping hotels drive more direct bookings.
This is a rare opportunity to kickstart your career in Product Marketing (PMM) at a time when new technology is making a real impact. Youâll collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing to experiment with AI-powered approaches that automate, optimize and scale PMM and GTM in a new way.
đŞ What Youâll Do
- Spearhead the use of AI and automation to enhance research, creativity, and productivity in the Product Marketing team. Youâll stay ahead of AI trends, test new technologies, and help to upskill the wider team through playbooks and workshops.
- Build impactful automations using tools like Claude Code, Manus, and n8n to create new systems and workflows that power campaigns, events, and product marketing.
- Experiment! Youâll have the freedom to test new tools and approaches to help use learn fast and improve future work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success) to bring product marketing and GTM ideas to life, and scale them into repeatable machines.
- Use an analytical mindset to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and measure impact. Youâll be our data champion - the person we turn to help us find the numbers we need.
- Be a customer advocate, who helps us translate products into language and outcomes hoteliers care about.
- Support core Product Marketing activities like product launches and feature releases, helping to craft positioning and messaging that tell clear, compelling stories.

- A lover of AI and automation. Weâll be looking for examples of your ideas and experiments.

Education/experience: You could be a recent graduate with relevant project experience, an individual looking to move into product marketing, or a PMM with 1-2 years of experience. Weâre looking for someone with the technical skills to build new automations and tools, the empathy to communicate in ways that customers understand, and the motivation to become great at a new kind of AI-first product marketing.
