Founded in 2017, we provide a customizable income and employment verification platform that helps mortgage lenders, consumer lenders, and property managers efficiently and securely verify applicant data. We aim to protect consumers by offering transparency and control over how sensitive employee data is shared, speeding up approvals for financial transactions like loans and mortgages. We integrate various verification methods and use machine learning to route requests, ensure data accuracy, and complete reports quickly.

For 2025, we plan to add Bank Income and Tax Transcripts, along with predictive modeling to estimate report turnaround times and completion likelihood. We offer several integration options: a Web App, API, Direct embedding, and Loan Origination System (LOS) integration, specifically for Encompass®.

Our services include Income Analytics, which provides details on an applicant’s ability to pay, annual income, and monthly income variability for risk management. A Reporting Dashboard gives us insight into team usage, completion rates, turnaround times, and success rates for different verification methods.

We want to change how personal information is shared during important life events, such as buying a home or getting a new job, by building a network for verified financial identity that gives consumers control over their sensitive data.
