Opportunity
We are looking for a data-driven Analyst to join our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. In this role, you will play a foundational part in demonstrating Twin’s economic value and clinical impact to partners and employers.
You will support the development of health economic models (such as ROI and cost-effectiveness models) and help translate complex clinical outcomes into financial narratives. This is an incredible opportunity for an early-career analyst to gain deep experience at the intersection of data science, economics, and digital health.
Responsibilities
- Modeling Support: Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of health economic models (e.g., Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses).
- BI Tool and Dashboard Support: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in business intelligence tools to support decision-making and to translate business questions into clear metrics.
- Data Extraction: Use SQL to pull and clean data from product and clinical datasets to be used as inputs for economic models.
- Visualization: Build and update dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health outcomes and cost savings for our partners.
- Research Assistance: Support literature reviews and evidence synthesis to identify variables and benchmarks for economic modeling.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to provide the data-driven “proof points” needed to communicate Twin’s value proposition.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our reporting ecosystem through rigorous testing and validation.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, health economics, or a related field (relevant internships or academic projects are welcomed).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) is required.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Lightdash) and an interest in learning economic modeling software.
- Education: A degree in Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong curiosity for how clinical improvements (like lowering HbA1c) translate into economic savings for employers and insurers.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for internal stakeholders.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available at this time).

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $105,000 annually.
