Senior Associate Strategic Initiatives

Job Description

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives to serve as the operational backbone of our critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful delivery against our most important company priorities. You will work in the Chief of Staff office to the CEO, reporting to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and serve to optimize our operational processes and drive strategic initiatives. You will own defined, high priority  workstreams end-to-end, spanning go-to-market execution, executive communications, product and engineering partnership, and operational systems. You will interface regularly with senior leadership and operate across both our care team and operations orgs and our product and engineering orgs. The right person is a strategic thinker with a strong bias toward execution: someone who takes a brief, asks the right questions, delivers executive-quality output with minimal hand-holding, and knows how to work effectively across every level of the organization building trust, bringing people along, and pushing back constructively when the work calls for it.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Strategy & Planning: Support the translation of company strategy — translating direction into actionable goals and OKRs, and conducting competitive intelligence and market research that keep strategy grounded in reality
  • Initiative Ownership: Own the end-to-end management of complex operational programs in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, from defining scope, objectives, and timelines through execution and post-launch optimization.  Ensure clear ownership and alignment with business strategy throughout
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Drive execution across active workstreams across functions including product, engineering, clinical, and sales, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and resolving or escalating issues to maintain momentum
  • Operational Systems & Process Design: Design and implement standardized operational processes, templates, and tracking tools that improve  efficiency and transparency across supported programs, including lightweight automation and reporting infrastructure
  • Executive Communications: Prepare drafts of SLT and board facing materials, distilling complex, multisource information into clean, structured narratives under tight timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy & Operations, consulting, investment banking, or a comparable fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A structured thinker equally comfortable zooming out to shape strategy and zooming in to execute consistently turning messy inputs into clean, actionable outputs
  • High learning velocity:  rapidly learns new domains, tools, and contexts quickly by asking the right questions
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data able to surface the “so what” and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership: comfortable with ambiguity, manages multiple workstreams independently, and closes the loop without being asked
  • Exceptionally detail oriented: unwilling to let work drop through the cracks
  • Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships, produce polished executive-facing deliverables, and work effectively across all levels of seniority — including pushing back constructively when the work calls for it
  • Highly comfortable with technology and picking up new tools quickly — including AI tools as a core part of day-to-day workflow
  • This is a hybrid opportunity based in New York, NY. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
