We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Solutions Manager to join our Data Analytics and AI Unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the area of Data, Analytics and AI solution portfolio.

For the Senior Solutions Manager position, we expect you to:
- Meet with enterprise clients to collect needs and requirements, with a focus on data-driven and AI-enabled solution scenarios
- Provide technical consulting services across Data, Analytics, and AI domains
- Analyze requirements and specifications of tenders, including complex public sector and enterprise procurement
- Lead the authoring of technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and all supporting documentation
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of analytics and AI solutions
- Form the financial part of proposals and coordinate approval with the Account Manager
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, tracking product updates, pricing, and co-sell opportunities
- Conduct forecasting and business planning for vendor products and solution lines
- Track market trends in Data, Analytics, AI, and adjacent technologies — translating them into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Plan and participate in solution promotion events and Business Development activities
- Act as a communication bridge between sales, delivery, and technology partners
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology or equivalent; MSc or PhD in a relevant domain is a strong plus
- 5–7 years of experience in solutions management, presales, or technical consulting in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud domains
- Hands-on familiarity with analytics platforms and concepts — BI, advanced analytics, ML pipelines, or data engineering workflows
- Exposure to AI and Generative AI solutions — whether through client engagements, vendor certifications, or internal projects
- Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles with the ability to build and defend a business case
- Certifications on relevant platforms (Microsoft, Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, Oracle or similar) are a significant asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills — teamwork, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and confident decision-making under ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- A genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and a drive to continuously grow
