Job Title: Technical Recruiter (WFH – Indonesia)
Location: Remote (Based in Indonesia)
Coverage: Indonesia & Malaysia (with potential expansion to other APAC markets)
About the Role
Unison Group is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT hiring across Indonesia and Malaysia. This is a work-from-home opportunity for a highly motivated individual who understands local hiring trends and can successfully attract, engage, and onboard top technology talent.
The ideal candidate will act as a Brand Ambassador of Unison Group, building strong candidate relationships and ensuring successful project onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
- Handle hiring for various IT roles (Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, ERP, etc.).
- Understand and apply local hiring trends in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Unison Group in the Indonesia & Malaysia markets.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and maintain regular engagement.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closing.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of candidates to client projects.
- Maintain proper recruitment tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Work effectively in a matrix-oriented and cross-functional environment.
- Meet placement targets and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia & Malaysia hiring markets.
- Experience handling both contract and permanent hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and placement-focused.
- Organized and structured approach to recruitment processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to represent the company professionally and build strong market presence.
