Who You Are You’re analytical and creative — comfortable asking smart questions and eager to understand how enterprise healthcare organizations evaluate partners and are passionate about driving growth. You’re proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a desire to contribute meaningfully to real client-facing work. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to strategy, sales, and marketing in a fast-paced, mission-driven agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support enterprise growth initiatives by assisting with research, pitch development, and proposal preparation for prospective healthcare clients
- Learn how integrated healthcare marketing solutions are positioned, scoped, and sold
- Conduct market, competitive, and account research to inform business development and growth strategy
- Gain exposure to agency growth, enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and complex healthcare procurement environments
- Participate in a cohort-based intern project, presenting insights and recommendations to internal leadership
Ideal Qualifications:
- Recent or upcoming May 2026 college graduates or rising seniors
- Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the healthcare marketing industry
Program Details:
- Program Dates: June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, maximum 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid schedule from our Nashville office
- Compensation: $20/hour
- Classification: Non-exempt, seasonal internship
