Role Summary
As a Strategic Account Executive, you are the frontline driver of Unqork’s AI-first, no-code revolution across the Americas. You are responsible for hunting net-new ACV and expanding strategic accounts within the Enterprise segment. Using the MEDDPICC framework, you will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments to eliminate legacy code and deliver rapid, measurable business value.

Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will:
- Hunt and secure net-new enterprise logos across the Americas, utilizing strategic outreach and market insights to maintain a consistent, high-conversion sales funnel.
- Lead the GTM motion from qualification through final negotiation and close, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly and annual ACV targets.
- Navigate complex, multi-threaded buying cycles across business and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with Value Engineering and Sales Engineering to diagnose client pain points and co-create ROI-driven business cases.
- Execute high-impact initiatives within regulated and complex enterprise environments, connecting Unqork’s platform to executive priorities such as risk reduction, operational efficiency, and speed-to-value.
- Drive revenue through the GSI and SI ecosystem, collaborating with strategic partners to source, influence, and scale opportunities.
- Effectively articulate the power of AI-native and no-code architectures to C-suite leaders, line-of-business executives, and IT stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal qualification standards aligned to MEDDPICC.
What U bring:
- 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of overachieving revenue targets in complex enterprise software environments.
- Experience selling into large enterprise organizations across the Americas, ideally within highly regulated or transformation-driven industries.
- Demonstrated success as a self-starter in a hunter role, with the ability to leverage industry relationships to win net-new enterprise logos.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code, workflow automation, or AI-native platforms and the ability to clearly articulate their ROI and business impact.
- Experience working in partner-influenced and partner-sourced deal cycles, specifically with GSIs and SIs.
- High standards for CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and mastery of the MEDDPICC framework.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive consensus across complex stakeholder groups.

💲 Hiring Range: $278,000 - $375,000 OTE
Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges, including both base salary and on-target earnings (OTE). In addition to a base salary and OTE, employees may also be eligible to receive company equity in the form of stock options.
An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.
