We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual with a strong background in BIM architecture and extensive experience catering to the US Market. Your in-depth knowledge of US building systems, local codes, and working culture will be vital in delivering outstanding projects for our clients.
Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
Knowledge of US building codes.
Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
Candidates must live in Latin America.
