We provide an AI-powered event intelligence platform focused on global business conferences and trade shows. Our platform covers speaker, sponsor, and attendee data for over 250,000 B2B events, helping businesses with their go-to-market strategies for in-person meetings.

We assist event organizers, marketers, and attendees by identifying event industry trends and helping them make networking connections. For businesses, we help pinpoint target accounts at events and automatically book meetings before an event begins. This involves mapping a client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), matching them to high-ROI events where their ICP appears as attendees, sponsors, or speakers, and then arranging pre-booked meetings.

Our platform uses real-time attendee data and proprietary insights to detect when prospects register for an event. We then use personalized, human-led outreach to secure qualified, pre-booked meetings. Our clients have reported an increase in booked meetings compared to manual outreach efforts.

For event organizers, we provide attendee intelligence to attract sponsors, improve attendee experience, and measure event success. We help event, marketing, and revenue teams align their strategies by centralizing event planning, integrating event ROI with CRM, and demonstrating impact through metrics like pipeline and closed-won revenue. We support event marketers, marketing ops/revenue ops, CMOs, sales leaders/CROs, demand gen specialists, and field marketers with data-backed event decisions and pre-booked meetings. We are a Series A SaaS company in the Technology, Information, and Media industries.

Our mission is to help companies find the best events and get the most out of the events they sponsor and attend. We want to empower individuals to build meaningful professional connections. We use AI to foster in-person relationships and meetings, helping event marketers generate leads and build brands.

We are a company of 51-200 employees, co-founded by Alex Reynolds (CEO) and Stefan Deeran. Our team includes roles in data and outreach operations, software engineering, finance, marketplace, account executive, product, talent, sales development, customer success, data science, and marketing.

For engineering roles, we operate with a hybrid work model, typically requiring four days in our NYC office. While we embrace remote-first principles such as emphasizing code reviews and robust tooling, our engineering culture also prioritizes collaboration, ownership, and rapid iteration.
