More than 25,000 hospitals across all 50 states rely on Vetcove daily, supporting tens of thousands of veterinarians who care for tens of millions of pets each year.

We are modernizing the 50 billion dollar plus animal health industry by giving veterinary organizations the tools to focus more on patient care. Backed by Y Combinator and top venture investors in Silicon Valley, New York and Miami, Vetcove is a fast-growing, mission-driven company. We are searching for talented and passionate people who want to help shape the future of veterinary care.

About the Position

As a Senior Product Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing and scaling the platforms that power veterinary clinics and their pet parents. You will own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from defining strategy and roadmap to execution and post-launch optimization. You will drive cross-functional alignment, lead complex initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and long-term platform scalability. You will monitor product performance and feedback, oversee robust quality assurance processes, and remove roadblocks that impact customer growth and retention. You will work closely with internal team members including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, data, design, and support. You will also build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including veterinary clinics and pet parents. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, evaluating tradeoffs, and assessing strengths, opportunities, and risks associated with software products and services.

This isn’t just another product role—it’s an opportunity to shape the long-term strategy of a platform trusted by thousands of veterinary professionals. If you’re passionate about solving meaningful challenges at scale, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact, we’d love to have you on board.

About Our Team

We’re a fast-moving team solving big challenges in an industry rapidly embracing technology. Our platform powers the day-to-day operations of veterinary clinics, from medical records to online shopping, but our mission goes beyond software—we’re creating a better, more efficient way for clinics to serve their patients

As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with engineers, onboarding specialists, and support teams to bridge the gap between product and users. Your insights will drive improvements, ensuring our platform evolves to meet the ever-changing needs of veterinary clinics and pet parents

Drive Go-to-Market & Enablement: Partner with internal teams to ensure successful launches, create training materials, and support feature adoption across customers and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas and demonstrated success delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business impact in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Skills: Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, lead discovery and experimentation efforts, and partner closely with engineering and design to ship scalable, high-quality solutions.

Strategic Thinker: Strong track record of setting long-term product vision, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments, and making principled tradeoffs aligned with company objectives.

Execution Excellence: Extensive experience writing detailed product requirement documents, leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering complex launches with operational rigor.

Strong Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Customer-Obsessed: Deep commitment to understanding user workflows, conducting research and interviews, and translating insights into impactful product improvements.

Organizational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, mentor junior team members, and lead without direct authority.
