They are now seeking to hire a Data and Operations Analyst to support the smooth running of key operational processes. The purpose of this role is to manage removalist bookings, reconcile partner invoicing, and provide essential data and administrative support to the wider team.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct routine reconciliation of interstate and removalist partner invoicing.
Ensure removalist jobs are booked and running smoothly.
Process retail and commercial bookings, including new bookings and re-deliveries.
Maintain accurate records for existing and new customers using in-house systems.
Assist with the processing of customer payments, including monthly storage fees, insurance, and packing supplies.
Identify opportunities to reduce errors and improve efficiency in the interstate process.
Perform daily error checks to maintain a high standard of data accuracy across all systems.
Monitor and track customer reviews across key review sites.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and ability to self-manage in a remote environment.
Clear and professional written communication skills.
Positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn.
Punctual, reliable, and motivated to hit targets.
Ability to work well within a team across different locations.
