We operate luxury senior living communities that offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We were founded in 2010 by local developers and operators. Our communities provide a range of amenities and services to serve residents, their families, and our team. Current locations include Newport Mesa (established 2013 in Costa Mesa, CA) and Newport Center (established 2022 in Newport Beach, CA). A new community, Turtle Creek, is scheduled to open in Dallas, TX, in 2027.

We offer various levels of care. Independent living provides minimal support for daily tasks; residents can use our transportation, cleaning services, and gourmet dining. Assisted living provides higher levels of care, including help with dressing, bathing, and medication management. Our memory care offers the highest level of support, providing comprehensive assistance with daily activities in a dedicated environment. We focus on residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized support, cognitive stimulation, social engagement, and wellness activities. We partner with the HOAG health system to provide on-site medical and wellness services, including doctor visits, physical and occupational therapy, neurological evaluations, diabetes screenings, and skin cancer awareness programs. Memory care residents also have access to specialists from the HOAG Neurosciences Institute, who provide advanced cognitive care, virtual reality therapies, and the Montessori Method for dementia.

Our residences are luxury apartments with various floor plans; some offer ocean views and private patios. Features include stainless steel appliances, full kitchens, solid wood cabinetry, in-unit washer and dryer, spacious closets, and walk-in showers with safety bars.

Community amenities across our locations may include fitness centers, a yoga/group fitness studio, an indoor pool, a private movie theater, a library, a casino (at Newport Mesa), a game room with billiards and shuffleboard, an art studio, a lower-level fun floor with a bowling alley, karaoke, and arcade games, and an on-site salon offering massage, hair, nail, and skincare services. Our outdoor recreation areas include shuffleboard, raised gardening beds, bocce, and a putting green. Recreational activities include guest speaker presentations, dance classes, card games, mixology demonstrations, and outings to local performances, sporting events, restaurants, and shopping.
