We’re seeking an experienced AI Automation & Adoption Specialist who thrives on simplifying complex business processes and rapidly automating them with cutting-edge AI technologies like Glean and AWS Bedrock. You’ll challenge the status quo, identifying opportunities to eliminate unnecessary steps, streamline workflows, and deploy AI-powered solutions that deliver immediate value.
This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who moves fast—prototyping solutions quickly, testing with real users, and iterating based on feedback. You’ll start with scrappy, functional implementations and progressively harden them into enterprise-grade solutions with support from our engineering teams. As part of our central Data & Analytics team, you’ll serve as both internal AI evangelist and pragmatic problem-solver, turning AI investments into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Process Redesign & Rapid Automation: Analyze existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies, eliminate redundant steps, and rapidly deploy AI-driven automation solutions (chatbots, intelligent workflows, document processing) that deliver immediate productivity gains.
Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Build functional AI-powered solutions quickly using low-code/no-code tools, scripts, and APIs; deploy MVPs to gather user feedback, then iterate and scale successful prototypes with engineering support using a “build fast, harden later” approach.
Enterprise AI Rollout & Integration: Lead the end-to-end deployment and integration of AI platforms (like Glean and AWS Bedrock), designing custom integrations and continuously refining configurations to align with workflows, technical infrastructure, and evolving business requirements.
Strategic Change Management & Adoption: Drive user engagement by developing comprehensive adoption strategies, including persona-based training, best-practice documentation, and building an internal “Community of Practice” by mentoring AI champions.
Business Value Realization: Partner with stakeholders to identify high-ROI use cases, establish KPI frameworks to quantify AI investment impact, and measure technology adoption metrics to demonstrate concrete business outcomes.
Security & Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure all AI deployments and automations adhere to enterprise data governance, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Data, ML, Analytics, and Engineering teams to align AI tools with the broader enterprise data strategy, transition prototypes to production-grade systems, and drive process improvement goals.
What you’ll bring
Experience: 5+ years in technology adoption, change management, automation, process improvement, or similar roles within enterprise environments with a track record of driving organizational change at scale.
Builder Mindset & Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and deploy functional solutions using scripting (Python, JavaScript, SQL), automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate), APIs, low-code/no-code tools, and AI technologies; comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating based on user feedback.
AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly enterprise search and knowledge management platforms (Glean experience highly preferred), with ability to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.
Process Improvement Expertise: Experience analyzing and redesigning business processes with a focus on simplification and automation; familiarity with process mapping, lean methodologies, or business process reengineering.
Change Management & Communication: Proven ability to drive technology adoption with exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and inspire teams to embrace new ways of working.
Analytics Mindset: Experience with measuring and reporting on technology adoption metrics, business impact, and ROI; comfortable establishing KPI frameworks and using data to drive decision-making.
Collaboration & Project Management: Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management abilities; experience partnering with engineering teams to transition prototypes into production-grade systems.
Experience we consider a plus:
Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace AI, Anthropic Claude) and low-code/no-code platforms (Retool, Airtable, AppSheet, Power Apps)
Background in rapid application development, agile methodologies, startup environments, or track record of shipping solutions quickly and iterating based on real-world usage
Familiarity with process mining tools or workflow automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
Background in data governance, analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within a central data/analytics organization
Certification in change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
