This role offers the opportunity to shape mobile operator authentication, carrier‑grade identity verification, and intelligent risk assessment, driving innovation that protects millions of users worldwide.

What you will do:

  • (Primary) Own SDK strategy and roadmap for Verify. Lead mobile app definition and delivery to support verification services.
  • (Secondary) Drive roadmap for Silent Auth, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Email OTP, and carrier APIs. Partner with engineering to enhance APIs for evolving security and operator integration.
  • Gather requirements, conduct user research, and analyze CIAM and carrier identity trends. Identify opportunities in AI‑powered fraud prevention.
  • Work with developer experience, UX/UI, engineering, security, compliance, and carrier relations to ensure standards, usability, and operator partnerships.
  • Monitor CPaaS/IAM landscape, AI/ML applications, and regulatory changes. Contribute to product positioning and messaging.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong technical foundation in SDKs, APIs, mobile apps, and identity/authentication flows.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, collaborating with developer relations, and applying Agile practices.
  • Exposure to CPaaS, IAM, 2FA/MFA, carrier services, and AI/ML in fraud detection.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS or related field.
  • 1-3 years in product management, solutions, or technical consulting.
  • Hands‑on with SDKs, developer tools, mobile apps, and authentication technologies.
  • Preferred: telecom/carrier experience, mobile auth protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML), AI/ML in fraud detection, regulatory knowledge.
