What will you do?
Create and support in-game character animations
Optimize the animation production pipeline, improve workflows
Create cutscenes
Work with Mocap data
Rig characters, vehicles and props
Integrate your work into the game engine
Collaborate closely with the Art Director, character artists, and technical artists to achieve a cohesive visual style
Mentor, support, and develop less experienced animators, sharing knowledge and best practices
Ensure that created content meets technical requirements and aligns with the artistic direction
Manage deadlines and efficiency within the animation team
Experiment with new tools and technologies to enhance the production process
What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience animating characters in Maya (or other software)
Confidence in character and vehicle animation
Experience in character rigging
Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of real time graphics (animation perspective)
Understanding of game development pipelines
Experience working with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary engines)
Experience with Mocap Pipelines
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Fluent English
Passion for video games
What additional skills will help you stand out?
Experience working on a released AAA title
Traditional (2D) animation skills
Skills in modeling, level art, VFX, sound design, and compositing
Work mode
Hybrid (4 days of work from the office)
