Job Overview
We are looking for someone with a passion for both data analysis and gaming industry, to work on one of the most popular mobile tank games - World of Tanks Blitz.
For over 11 years, we have been developing our product based on data and insights obtained from them. Following this approach, you will work closely with product managers, game designers, and developers to continue improving our product. You will be working on developing new telemetry, preparing data marts, developing dashboards, conducting various statistical researches and A/B tests.
Reports to
Team Lead, Analytics
What will you do?
- Design telemetry for new features.
- Validate data for inconsistencies and outliers.
- Automate data transformations and aggregations for reports and dashboards.
- Develop clear and readable dashboards.
- Dive into the product to collaborate on hypothesis formation with product stakeholders.
- Present the results of your work and promote the data-driven approach at all levels of decision-making.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years experience on a similar position.
- Clear understanding of the role and impact of analytics in gaming products.
- Excellent knowledge of statistics and probability theory, experience in applying methods from these sciences in practice.
- SQL is your second language…
- … and Python is the third one.
- Ability to describe complex processes and events in the form of diagrams and charts in a clear and understanding way.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues, clearly convey your thoughts, and present yourself and the results of your work.
Work mode
- Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)
- This role isn’t eligible for relocation & immigration support.
The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3700-4500 monthly gross.
