Job Overview
Join our team of seasoned professionals for a great chance to work on a unique naval MMO – World of Warships: Legends. You will strengthen the Publishing department by joining Monetization team that works in cooperation with the Development team to ensure smooth releases of new versions, special content delivery and financial benchmarks execution.
Reports to
Lead Monetization Manager
What will you do?
- Coordinate the 2D and Localization teams to prepare monetization content and in-game activities
- Maintain in-game systems (Store, Notifications and Missions) using operation tools
- Perform short-term planning of special events, sales, promotions, discounts
- Do basic analytics after events/sales ended
What are we looking for?
- Attention, responsibility, readiness for meticulous work and the ability to multitask
- Ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and perseverance
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above
- Passion for games
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Understanding of online gaming industry, including trends and monetization models
- Experience working in LiveOps in game development
- Understanding of the basic principles and logic of working with mobile platforms in terms of items creation, pricing, etc.
- Skills of working with admin panels to configure items/merchandise stores/etc.
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles or knowledge of artistic composition principles will be a plus
- Experience with text proofreading/editing/copywriting
Work mode
- Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)
- This role isn’t eligible for relocation & immigration support.
