Job Overview
We are looking for a Level Artist to join our team and help create immersive, visually compelling, and optimized game environments. You will work closely with the Art Owner and other departments to bring our creative vision to life.
What will you do?
- Build game levels using pre-made 3D assets and modular kits.
- Create textures and decals (Adobe Photoshop required; Substance tools, AI tools are a plus).
- Collaborate with the Art Director to develop the mood and storytelling of locations.
- Ensure all levels meet performance and optimization requirements.
- Work closely with designers, VFX artists, and engineers for seamless gameplay.
- Maintain a high visual standard while balancing technical constraints.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Level Artist or Environment Artist.
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals: color, composition, contrast, depth, and scale.
- Hands-on experience with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques for in-game environments.
- Familiarity with the World of Tanks universe and gameplay will be a strong advantage.
Work mode
- Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office) or Remote (from anywhere within Ukraine).
- This role isn’t eligible for relocation & immigration support.
