The client is looking for a Copywriter to write long-form articles covering their credit card product suite and benefits. This role will take product details, rewards structures, and cardholder benefits and turn them into clear, engaging, editorial-quality content that helps customers understand and get the most out of their cards.
The client is a regulated financial services environment, so legal and compliance review is a built-in part of the process. You’ll be writing for a financial audience, which means every piece needs to balance approachability with accuracy.
Rosies who perform well on this project are frequently asked to stay on for additional work with the client afterward, so this is a strong opportunity for anyone looking to build a longer-term relationship with the client.
What You’ll Do
Long-Form Copywriting
- Write long-form articles covering the client’s credit card product suite, including product features, rewards programs, and cardholder benefits
- Translate product and policy details into clear, engaging, reader-first copy
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all articles and content types
Research & Accuracy
- Work from provided product information, source materials, and possibly interview or transcript content to build accurate, well-supported articles
- Fact-check product details and benefits language against approved source materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Route copy through legal and compliance review, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
- Collaborate with content, creative, and stakeholder teams to keep articles on brand and on schedule
- Manage assignments and deliverables in Workfront
Qualifications
- Proven experience writing long-form articles or editorial copy, ideally in financial services or another regulated industry
- 5+ years of experience, and you must have a portfolio
- Ability to translate complex or technical product information into clear, audience-friendly copy
- Strong research and fact-checking habits
- Comfort navigating legal/compliance review cycles
- Experience with Workfront strongly preferred (client requires Workfront access for this role)
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with brand voice and guidelines
