About the Role
Our client is a nationally recognized, enterprise-level brand seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join their growing Brand team. Project Management needs are evolving across their Site, Digital, Content, and PM&A lines of business, and they need a seasoned creative operations professional who can hit the ground running — someone who thrives in complexity, builds trust with partners quickly, and knows how to move creative work forward without losing quality or momentum.
This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of creative strategy and operational excellence, ensuring that world-class creative work is delivered on time, on brand, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workfront timelines to keep all projects on track across multiple workstreams
- Lead weekly standups with partners and creative teams to align on priorities, surface blockers, and drive accountability
- Own end-to-end production of creative deliverables from brief intake through final delivery
- Support Creative Performers and Creative Directors with project organization, scheduling, and workflow management
- Evaluate existing creative processes and recommend optimizations that improve efficiency without sacrificing creative quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact between cross-functional partners and the Brand team, managing expectations and communication at all levels
- Navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency
Deliverable Types You’ll Manage
- Landing pages
- Blog articles
- Digital assets — social media campaigns, display ads, and banners
- Presentation decks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
- Proven track record managing creative production for well-known, household-name brands — experience with brands that operate at scale and maintain high creative standards
- Experience working across multiple brand verticals simultaneously is strongly preferred
- Background in financial services, banking, or credit card brands is a significant plus — familiarity with compliance-driven creative environments, regulated industries, and the nuances of marketing financial products is highly valued
- Experience with travel, airport, or hospitality brands is also a plus — understanding how to communicate with a mobile, experience-driven consumer base is a differentiator
- Agency background strongly preferred; in-house creative team experience at a major brand is also considered
- Hands-on experience with Workfront (required); proficiency in other project management tools such as Asana
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects across diverse teams and stakeholders without losing quality or pace
- Deep familiarity with creative workflows — from concept to production to final delivery — across digital and content channels
- Experience working alongside or within regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.) where approvals, legal review, and compliance touchpoints are part of the process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build relationships, influence without authority, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Comfortable presenting project status and timelines to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Creative and/or agency background preferred; understanding of how creative teams think, work, and collaborate is essential
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven — someone who anticipates problems before they become issues
- Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities while keeping teams focused and deliverables on schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing efforts for financial products such as credit cards, banking, or lending — including knowledge of how to navigate compliance and legal review in a creative context
- Background working with travel, airline, or airport brands, or experience marketing to a frequent traveler audience
- Familiarity with brand governance and the ability to uphold creative standards across a large, complex organization
