We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Jr. Project Manager – Media Ops to embed with our client team as a dedicated Rosie. In this role, you will be integral to the operations and execution of UTM tracking across major brand production campaigns for our client’s most high-profile campaigns and launches. You’ll work at the intersection of media operations, campaign management, and project coordination — keeping complex, fast-moving initiatives on track and delivering meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain UTM tracking structures across multiple concurrent brand campaigns
- Serve as the day-to-day UTM subject matter expert, ensuring consistent tagging conventions, naming standards, and data integrity
- Partner closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on campaign tracking requirements and deliverables
- Support end-to-end project management across brand production campaigns — including timelines, status updates, and cross-functional coordination
- Monitor and QA UTM links, flagging discrepancies and driving resolution in a timely manner
- Contribute to campaign performance reporting and data pull requests tied to UTM parameters
- Flex across media ops and project management workstreams as priorities evolve across the client’s event calendar
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and project management tools to support team visibility and accountability
Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in a media operations, campaign operations, or marketing coordinator role
- Hands-on experience with UTM parameters and URL tracking — including building, organizing, and auditing UTM structures
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience supporting brand or production campaigns, ideally in an agency or client-embedded environment
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar) and how UTMs feed into reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail
- Strong communicator — comfortable working with both internal teams and external client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on-site or embedded with a major brand client
- Exposure to large-scale brand marketing or tentpole campaign production
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar
- Understanding of paid media ecosystems and how tracking parameters support campaign measurement
