Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls (no cold calling)
Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
Use selling techniques to offer our additional products to existing customers or turn potential customers into our clients
Native/Fluent Spanish speaker
Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
1+ years of experience in support/sales role
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
