We partner with leading companies like DoorDash and Grubhub, offering affordable rental subscriptions to independent delivery workers. In just two years, Whizz has grown rapidly, managing a fleet of over 2,500 e-bikes, achieving a remarkable 250% year-over-year growth rate. Our mission is to manage the largest electric two-wheeler fleet in the US. Our dynamic team is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a leader to scale our inventory and asset tracking operations.
Position Goal
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for organic traffic growth in the US market, turning the blog into an expert resource, and strengthening brand authority in search engines. The goal is to attract targeted leads (couriers) through high-quality content and external promotion.
What You Will Be Doing:
Content Generation (Expertise & AI): Monthly search for profitable topics (Ahrefs, competitor analysis) and creation of expert articles. Using AI tools to scale content while maintaining high quality.
On-page Optimization and CRO: Improving current high-traffic articles, implementing smart internal linking to conversion pages, and developing/integrating effective CTA blocks.
E-E-A-T and Branding: Deep development of the “About Us” section (team, history, guarantees, processes). Creating content that builds trust and showcases Whizz’s values.
Link Building & Local SEO: Active “mining” of free links, registering the company in specialized directories and listings, and analyzing/replicating competitors’ best practices.
SERM: Managing brand reputation in search results, working with reviews, and company mentions.
Analytics: Continuous monitoring of rankings, analyzing user behavior (GA4, GSC), and adjusting strategy based on data.
SEO Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with Western markets (USA) in the service, rental, or e-commerce niches.
AI Content Management: Masterful command of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to generate 80-90% of content. Ability to draft complex prompts, perform deep fact-checking, and refine texts to Whizz’s level of expertise so they appear native to the US market and drive conversions.
AI-Native: Fluency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate work without losing the native feel of the text.
Tooling: Experience in active use of Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
Link Building: Practical skills in obtaining high-quality links (Outreach, Crowd, Directories).
English Language: Level B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher) — sufficient for reviewing texts and professional communication.
Work in an international startup with a strong and useful product.
Direct influence on the company’s growth indicators in the priority US market.
