HR Assistant - Part Time

And we’re looking for a HR Assistant - Part Time to start immediately
HR Assistant Mid Part-time
Schedule: 10:30 PM - 2:30 AM PST
Estimated start date: February 6
Tasks:
Payroll Administration (Primary Focus)
Review and sync employee time cards
Process expense reimbursements
Prepare draft payroll for final approval
Support semi-monthly payroll tasks (time-sensitive)
Employee Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for basic employee questions
Respond to questions regarding pay stubs or Rippling login issues
HR Admin Support (Occasional)
Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows (data entry)
Ensure new hires complete required documentation
Maintain HR data accuracy
Required: US payroll experience
Tools:
Primary: Rippling (PEO model experience is a plus)
Others: Slack, Google Workspace (Email/Drive)
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Offer: 20,000 - 21,500 monthly
₱20,000 - ₱21,500 bimonthly
