Established in 2013, we are a multilingual recruitment agency working in Poland and across Europe. Since 2014, we’ve specialized in talent acquisition across the European labor market, connecting candidates with companies. We provide tailored recruitment services, including Assessment/Development Center programs and professional training, to meet client requirements.

Our talent pool has about 30,000 users who speak 30 languages and cover 15 professional fields. We source professionals for roles in sales, recruitment, finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer service, IT, marketing, engineering, hospitality, medical, and logistics.

Our clients are typically multinational corporations with business centers in Poland, as well as European businesses and Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services Centers looking for talent in IT, sales, engineering, customer service, hospitality, medical, finance, and logistics. For example, we helped a client in the Czech Republic grow their international team from 60 to over 200 full-time employees in 18 months. We also supported another international client in opening a new operational branch in Central and Eastern Europe by finding a Sales Country Director.
