🪄 What you’ll do
Own use case implementations - from platform setup and system connections to go-live on the shopfloor.
Work in a trio with account executives and solution consultants to deliver customer projects.
Enable customers and partners to operate the platform independently.
Establish best practices and standardize use cases for the marketplace.
Build tools for faster development, working closely with product.
🤝 You’re a fit if you
Use AI tools daily for conceptualizing and developing solutions.
Know JavaScript or a comparable language like Python.
Take ownership and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
Can learn a new platform fast and context-switch across multiple customers.
Enjoy talking to customers to tailor solutions to their needs.
Speak German at C1 level or above.
Love improving processes and automating repetitive work.
Bonus: Know manufacturing or production workflows.
