Workstream is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical Marketing Operations Associate to join our Singapore team on a full-time basis. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations — owning and optimizing the processes that keep our campaigns moving, our data clean, and our pipeline healthy. From CRM administration and advanced campaign execution to webinar coordination and cross-functional project management, you’ll be a key driver of our modern B2B marketing engine.

You won’t just use AI; you’ll be expected to actively architect and experiment with AI workflows to scale our output — whether that’s automating complex, repetitive tasks, supercharging content distribution, or finding smarter ways to analyze campaign data. Day in the Life

  • Own the Engine: Manage and optimize end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns — from initial setup and tracking to post-campaign reporting — ensuring data flows seamlessly to scale the pipeline.
  • Scale with AI: Integrate AI tools and LLMs into daily workflows to supercharge team output. Build automation loops to eliminate friction, and leverage vibecoding to develop internal and external tools that make the growth team faster.
  • Drive AI Innovation: Actively audit and test emerging AI and marketing automation tools, building a tech-forward playbook that pushes the boundaries of how our team operates.
  • Master the Stack: Take ownership of campaign architecture within Salesforce (SFDC) and other core marketing tools, managing campaign member statuses, lead routing, and attribution.
  • Execute High-Impact Webinars: Manage webinar events end-to-end: build registration funnels, coordinate multi-channel promo logistics, manage attendee data, and lead post-event conversion tracking.
  • Optimize the Pipeline: Monitor and track campaign outcomes across growth and sales teams — aggressively following up on demos, touchpoints, and key pipeline milestones to keep data sharp and sales reps enabled.
  • Manage Data Hygiene: Take charge of database health by auditing lists, deduplicating records, and implementing data governance practices that ensure high-integrity reporting
  • Deploy Lifecycle Marketing: Build, segment, and launch targeted email campaigns. Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics to continuously A/B test and optimize performance
  • Build the Playbook: Document processes and establish high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to institutionalize knowledge and scale operational efficiency.

Who You Are

  • You have actively explored the possibilities of AI and are not a novice to vibecoding.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented — you don’t let things fall through the cracks and you take pride in keeping things accurate.
  • A strong communicator who can liaise confidently across teams, follow up proactively, and adapt your message for different audiences.
  • Comfortable working with data or marketing automation tools; prior exposure to Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner — you enjoy picking up new tools and figuring out how to use them well.
  • You’re outspoken and comfortable to ask questions, push unusual ideas, and even disagree with your superiors.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, and looking for an internship that can result in a full-time job soon after.
  • Willingness to work hard and along flexible working hours to enable collaboration with the US-based teams.
