Technical Integration Specialist (IC Lead)

About the Role
At Xsolla, we believe that great developer experience (DX) doesn’t happen by accident — it’s engineered.
We’re looking for a Technical Integration Specialist who lives at the intersection of code, content, and craftsmanship. You’ll lead the charge in refining how we transform structured data into clear, living documentation — ensuring every integration, SDK, and API we ship feels frictionless to use and effortless to understand.
This isn’t an elementary documentation role. It’s a system design challenge. You’ll own the full docgen pipeline, where source data meets presentation, where regex meets reasoning, and where automation meets empathy for the developer reading the page.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and evolve Xsolla’s documentation generation pipeline — connecting structured data, Markdown content, and templated UI logic into cohesive, automated outputs.
- Design robust transformation systems using pattern-driven logic (regex, parsing, schema normalization) to bring order and consistency across hundreds of documentation nodes.
- Build and refine templating logic in a React-like system, shaping how developers see and interact with our product documentation.
- Leverage modern AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code CLI as coding accelerators (not vibe coding) — treating AI as a teammate for debugging, refactoring, and ideation.
- Collaborate asynchronously with engineers, writers, and DevRel — all through Git-based workflows and lightweight code reviews.
- Continuously improve the DX pipeline, spotting patterns, eliminating friction, and translating user feedback into system-level improvements.
- Drive the discipline of technical empathy — ensuring our docs don’t just exist, but communicate the intent behind every API and integration pattern.
What You Bring
- Solid mid+ developer experience in React-like templating, Markdown-based systems, and structured content (JSON/YAML).
- Advanced regex mastery for discovery, transformation, and dynamic content shaping.
- Demonstrated fluency with agentic AI developer tools — not just prompts, but pipelines.
- Deep understanding of how documentation ties into developer workflows — from onboarding to SDK adoption.
- Strong Git/GitHub fundamentals and a comfort with asynchronous, pull-request-driven collaboration.
- Experience operating within AGILE environments (Jira or equivalent), self-managing workloads, and reporting progress clearly.
- A habit of noticing the details others miss — and fixing them elegantly.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in API/SDK documentation generation, static site generators, or developer portals.
- Familiarity with Hugo, Golang, or related build ecosystems.
- Experience with Algolia DocSearch or other search indexing systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD documentation deployment and automation flows.
- Prior contributions to developer tooling, internal platform teams, or DX guilds.
