We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative with a strong SaaS foundation and experience selling into enterprises that rely on shipping products to their end customers.
In this role, you’ll operate as a strategic partner to Account Executives, own high-impact outbound motions, and play an active role in shaping how we engage the market. Your Mission
Your mission is to consistently generate qualified, conversion-ready pipeline by engaging the right accounts, asking insightful business questions, and clearly articulating how our Shipping Intelligence Platform solves complex parcel shipping and logistics challenges. You’ll turn targeted outbound conversations into high-quality meetings that drive real revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Become a Subject-Matter Expert: Master the nuances of our platform, parcel shipping logistics, and supply chain economics.
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-quality multi-channel outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders across targeted verticals.
- Pipeline Generation: Consistently generate qualified meetings that convert into closed-won revenue.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with Account Executives to align on account strategy, messaging, and deal execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and outbound plays.
- Research & Personalization: Conduct deep account research to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Experience: 2+ years of professional sales experience, specifically within a SaaS environment.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using HubSpot to manage leads, sequences, and reporting.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). You will be speaking directly with North American customers daily.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or a strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or shipping technology is highly preferred.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and reach senior decision-makers.
Drive: A self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding outbound meeting targets.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
