Job Description
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development using React to join our client’s engineering team. In this role, you will primarily work on building modern, responsive user interfaces while integrating them with backend services that power our compliance platform used by clients across the United States.
The ideal candidate has strong experience developing complex frontend applications, understands how to work with backend APIs, and is comfortable collaborating in an agile development environment. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality product features.
This role is well suited for someone who values usability, performance, and clean code, and who enjoys taking ownership of features from development through deployment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement modern frontend applications using React
Build reusable UI components and maintain consistent design patterns
Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement product features
Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes using Jira
Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and integration issues
3-5 YOE of experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with Python.
Experience building complex web applications
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs
Experience working with Git-based workflows (GitHub)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and testing
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Advanced English communication skills
Must be located in Latam.
Nice to Have
Experience working with containerized environments using Docker
Experience deploying applications in cloud platforms such as GCP
Familiarity with backend technologies (Python) to support fullstack collaboration
Experience building scalable, high-performance frontend applications
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
