Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of critical IT and infrastructure projects within the healthcare sector. This role is a unique blend of high-level stakeholder management and hands-on technical coordination, ensuring that physical installations and digital systems align perfectly with clinical needs.
The ideal candidate brings a disciplined approach to project governance, a PMP certification, and a proven track record of managing field technicians alongside cross-functional IT teams.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Lead IT and infrastructure projects from inception to completion using Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans and documentation using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and Moovila.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Facilitate requirements gathering, lead client-facing status meetings, and manage expectations for clinical and operational stakeholders.
Field Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and execution of projects involving onsite technical work, specifically coordinating field technicians and engineers.
Technical Oversight: Manage SDLC activities, including UAT, release management, and disaster recovery planning within an MSP environment.
Risk & Governance: Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure projects remain on time, in scope, and within budget.
PMP Certification is required.
3–7+ years of technical project management experience, specifically within Healthcare (working with clinical or health-system stakeholders).
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (databases, cloud, networking) and experience with MSP operations.
Direct experience coordinating onsite technical work or physical hardware installations.
Excellent English proficiency with the ability to lead high-stakes presentations for executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and structured implementation practices like TDD and UAT.
High English proficiency level (C1+).
Must be located in LATAM.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
