Job description
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Part-Time Social Media Manager to help scale the digital presence of a fast-growing wellness brand. We arenโt just looking for someone to “post content”โwe need a disciplined executor who can manage the daily pulse of the brand across five platforms, leverage AI to work smarter, and hunt for the right influencer partnerships to fuel growth.
This is a 20-hour-per-week role designed for someone who thrives on organization and enjoys the intersection of wellness, technology, and marketing. You will be the engine behind our content distribution, ensuring that every video, post, and DM is sent on time and tracked with precision.
Posting and scheduling content across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn: This role focuses on writing captions for content provided by a creative team and engaging with the community by leaving 50โ100 comments per day on targeted accounts.
Using AI to assist with SEO-friendly copywriting
Influencer outreach (DMs + email) to source creators for partnership ads
Tracking outreach and responses in a simple system
Light admin support where it creates leverage (content calendars, posting logs, etc.)
Extremely organized
Comfortable with AI tools
Proactive, not reactive
Work remotely (20 hours a week) including weekends.
