Job description
We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping people. This role requires clear communication, empathy, and a strong understanding of customer service systems. You’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust through every interaction.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer 30+ inbound calls per day in English and Spanish
• Create and manage support tickets in Zoho Desk
• Provide updates on orders, shipping, and product information
• Place customer orders during the call using Zoho Inventory
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
• Walk customers through basic troubleshooting when needed
• 1 –5 years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a neutral, professional accent
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable using Zoho or similar systems (CRM, ticketing, inventory)
• A curious mindset — comfort with science or chemistry is a plus
• Familiarity with IP phone systems like GoToConnect is helpful
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT
Job type: Full time
Note: Must work onsite at JY Square, Cebu City for 30 days, then transition to work-from-home.
