About Us
At Fundraise Up, we are reimagining the fundraising platform to create the most convenient and fastest way to donate to non-profit foundations. Our innovation is aimed at enhancing loading speeds, boosting conversion rates, offering diverse payment methods, and more. Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world’s leading non-profit organizations. UNICEF, The Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer’s Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.
About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Campaign Operations Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of our audience management and lead operations processes. This role will work closely with the demand generation, partner marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to ensure that marketing and partner campaigns are powered by clean, enriched, and well-targeted data.
This is a hands-on executional role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes with platforms like HubSpot, Salesloft, Salesforce, and enrichment tools to enable effective campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Audience List Development — Build, clean, and format curated lists using internal platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and external tools (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo) for use in email campaigns, sales outreach, and partner marketing
- Multi-Channel Formatting — Adapt audience data for various use cases including 1:1 sales outreach, Salesloft cadences, HubSpot email marketing, and partner communications—ensuring accurate field mapping and segmentation
- Inbound Lead Processing — Own and manage the intake process for leads from webinars, events, and sponsorships. Enrich and clean data for workflow readiness and track each lead’s progress through the funnel
- MQL Management — Monitor and validate MQLs daily to ensure quality and completeness. Prepare leads for timely SDR engagement
- Workflow Execution — Execute predefined workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Salesloft Campaign Execution — Own campaign setup, list validation, and execution within Salesloft. Manage “send on behalf of” for sales leaders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery with aligned messaging
- Collaboration with RevOps — Work closely with Revenue Operations to refine processes, improve tooling, and support marketing campaign development and enablement workflows
- Other Automation Tasks — Support marketing automation with ad hoc tasks such as workflow testing, campaign QA, and reporting
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, sales/marketing data handling, or similar executional roles.
- Proficient with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data enrichment solutions like Clearbit or ZoomInfo.
- Strong spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel, especially for formatting and data organization.
- High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear cross-functional updates.
- Fluent in English and based in LATAM; able to work collaboratively across U.S. time zones.

- Prior experience managing “send on behalf of” campaigns in Salesloft or similar platforms.
- Experience executing workflows in highly cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and improve data hygiene in CRM systems.

Benefits
