Substance is excited to offer several unique opportunity for driven individuals to join our team as Content Creators on a contract, intern, or part-time basis. As a Content Creator, you will play an integral role in developing high-quality content that captures our brand’s essence and engages our audience across various platforms. Whether you’re producing written, visual, or multimedia content, your creativity and storytelling skills will be paramount in elevating our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, and multimedia content.
- Research & Inspiration: Conduct research to gather insights and inspiration for content topics, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Visual Storytelling: Use design tools to create graphics and visuals that complement written content and enhance audience engagement.
- Content Management: Assist in managing content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics of published content, providing suggestions for improvement based on insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content strategies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to innovate our content creation process.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Previous experience in content creation (internship or freelance work is acceptable) with a strong portfolio showcasing your writing, graphics, or video work.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to think critically and creatively, generating innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
