You’ll build structured plans, drive progress using tools like JIRA, and keep delivery aligned to business objectives.

- Ways of Working & Practice Growth: You’ll champion the consistent use of fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to strengthening our global delivery community and ways of working.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Methodologies: You have a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and blended approaches, and can flex your delivery style to suit the needs of each project and team.
- Pulse of Delivery: You stay close to the progress of delivery, tracking progress through JIRA, and have the ability to confidently take over in-flight initiatives and provide structure, momentum, and clarity in complex environments.
- Stakeholder Management: You are confident managing multiple, often competing priorities, and can influence senior stakeholders while maintaining focus and alignment across domains.
- Collaboration: You build trusted, effective relationships across regional and global teams, working smoothly with cross-functional colleagues to deliver shared outcomes.
- Ways of Working: You actively contribute to improving how we deliver, helping shape our delivery community and ways of working in a growing, evolving practice.
